Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and contribute to sales growth initiatives.
  • Build knowledge of the market, customer environment, strategies, brands, markets and consumer insights through available sources.
  • Drive sustainable profitable sales and market share growth by identifying customers' needs, opportunities and risks.
  • Build long‑term customer relationships, lead, execute activities, and deliver solutions aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Develop understanding of customer decision‑making criteria.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to understand customer regulatory requirements and changes.
  • Lead strategic commercial negotiations (annual pricing, payment terms, rebate / cost savings, supply agreements).
  • Communicate account plans and engage internal stakeholders.
  • Manage reactive and proactive customer project pipelines including country studies and consumer studies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the fragrance industry.
  • Experience working with international, cross‑cultural and cross‑functional teams.
