As part of our central support team, you will be responsible for managing incoming communications from our clients. This role is about more than just answering calls or emails – you’ll act as a trusted first point of contact, understanding client needs, resolving straightforward queries, and ensuring the right issues are passed to the right specialists.
Over time, you’ll gain knowledge of UK accounting basics and play a key role in ensuring clients have a smooth experience with Helpbox.
Monday to Friday, 09:30 UK time, 30‑minute unpaid break each day.
Experience in accountancy, finance, or working with UK‑based clients.
