  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and exceptional service for every client.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest AV technologies and industry trends to provide expert advice and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Achieve Targets: Exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the business.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Handle every client inquiry professionally and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Requirements
  • + 2 years’ experience in account management or sales within the AV industry.
  • Strong knowledge of AV technologies, including audio, video and lighting systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with English as the primary language
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
  • Own car essential with a valid RSA drivers license.
