Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and post-campaign analyses to clients.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and propose new initiatives.
- Handle client feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in a creative, digital, or marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A client-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
