The Role

As an Account Manager you will lead 3‑4 maintenance crews, ensuring top‑tier landscape care and smooth transition from construction to long‑term maintenance.

You will be the primary point of contact for customers and the go‑to expert in horticulture and irrigation.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support maintenance crews on daily routes
  • Ensure quality and safety across all sites
  • Attend client walkthroughs and turnover meetings
  • Build relationships with clients and proactively communicate opportunities for landscape improvements
  • Troubleshoot irrigation systems and plant health issues
  • Communicate progress updates to leadership
  • Complete safety documents, timesheets, and reports via company tablet
  • Jump in wherever needed – teamwork is valued
