The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of client-facing experience, strong administrative and communication skills, and ideally a degree in management or finance. We are looking for an Account Manager who is well presented, confident, a team player, and deliverable focused to play a pivotal role in Future Forex’s growing forex product.

What You’ll Do
  • In‑person visits to clients to assist, explain onboarding, and provide support.
  • Handle admin related to forex transactions.
  • Work with the Sales team to onboard new clients and develop existing relationships.
  • Manage multiple forex accounts for individuals and companies.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations.
  • Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Retain clients and build strong, trusting relationships.
  • Understand client needs, identify new business opportunities, and determine root causes for success or failure.
  • Manage customer activity for maximum efficiency and visibility, following up until issues are closed.
  • Assist customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen‑share, and in‑person meetings.
What You’ll Need
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a client‑facing role.
  • Ideally a tertiary degree in management, finance, administration or similar.
  • Technical literacy & competency – ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Understanding of forex is beneficial.
  • Strong administrative and people skills.
  • Strong mathematical competency.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
  • Comfortable as a self‑starter working remotely.
  • Outstanding communication skills within a remote team and with external clients.
  • Valid SA driver's license and vehicle.
  • Based in Cape Town, South Africa.
