As the client-facing link in our -degree recruitment cycle, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining strong partnerships, understanding client needs, and converting opportunities into successful recruitment projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Account Management : Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met and relationships remain strong.
- Client Growth : Deepen partnerships by identifying cross-selling opportunities and positioning AES Global as a trusted recruitment partner.
- New Business Outreach : Undertake focused outreach to targeted prospects, introducing AES Global's value proposition and generating new client opportunities.
- Needs Assessment : Conduct thorough discussions with clients to understand hiring requirements, company culture, and long-term talent strategies.
- Mandate Generation : Translate client needs into clear, actionable recruitment briefs for our delivery team.
- Collaboration : Partner closely with AES recruitment consultants, providing detailed client insights and ongoing support to ensure successful placements.
- Market Insight : Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform client conversations and identify new opportunities.
- Pipeline Management : Use our CRM system to manage accounts, track outreach activity, and report on pipeline progress.
What You'll Need
- 1 – 3 years' experience in account management, client services, or B2B sales.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience balancing account management with some business development responsibility.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
