Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you'll own client relationships end-to-end. You'll be the link between clients and delivery teams, ensuring every project runs smoothly, communications stay clear, and clients see measurable ROI. Your mission : build trust, drive performance, and grow client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple client accounts across SEO, PR, and Lead Generation projects.
  • Lead client communications—reporting, feedback, and strategic alignment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver results on time and within scope.
  • Monitor KPIs, track campaign performance, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and performance reports.
  • Serve as the client's strategic advisor—proactively solving problems before they arise.
Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years in account management, client success, or agency project coordination.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
