About the Role
Host Agents is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of property hosts and owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of short-term rental properties, ensuring optimal performance and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance property appeal and improve occupancy rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, offering expert guidance and support.
- Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and guest service teams to ensure properties are guest-ready.
- Analyse performance metrics and prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
- Review and approve owner statements before distribution.
Requirements
- Strong technical computer skills across laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Availability to work one weekend per month.
- Professional communication skills (email, phone, video, and text).
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent time management with the ability to handle frequent changes and interruptions.
- Highly responsive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management, rental / short-term stay management, or sectional title / body corporate rule enforcement.
