Role Overview

We are seeking a high‑performing Account Executive – New Business to grow our market share by identifying, securing, and nurturing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive client acquisition and generate new business leads in our target markets.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders and understand their business strategies and needs.
  • Position insurance solutions as strategic enablers to support client growth.
  • Engage in active networking and lead generation.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and provide market intelligence feedback.
  • Deliver excellent post‑sales servicing through client onboarding, follow‑ups, and issue resolution.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Energetic, inquisitive, and driven individuals with a natural ability to sell.
  • Strong business‑to‑business sales experience (2–4 years) with large commercial or corporate accounts.
  • Exceptional networking, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and thriving in a results‑driven environment.
  • Strong commercial and entrepreneurial acumen, with the ability to influence senior decision‑makers.

  • Exposure to logistics, property development, agriculture, renewable markets, or boutique environments.
