A leading coaching organization in Cape Town is seeking a Business Development Consultant to enhance client relationships and drive the commercial process. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and experience in B2B sales or account management. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
Our client is an international coaching organisation which empowers corporate leaders, teams and organisations to optimise their energy, mindset and performance through science-based coaching and experiential learning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Support the full commercial process including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation and follow up.
Coordinate with key internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of programmes.
Preparation of proposals, presentations and contracts.
Management of the CRM (HubSpot).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Psychology, or related field.
Previous experience in B2B sales, business development or account management training, ideally within consulting, HR, or professional services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in presenting to senior stakeholders.
Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a relationship-driven approach.
To R30, depending on experience.
