Overview

RoomRaccoon is growing and looking to expand operations in Belgium. We are seeking a full cycle sales professional to join our team remotely to expand our services in the region. The role involves cold calling, visiting clients, and closing deals.

Ideal candidates will have experience in hospitality (hotels) and a SaaS background.

Responsibilities
  • Sell RoomRaccoon to hoteliers in the Belgium market; establish and nurture client relationships by understanding needs, goals, and obstacles; act as the primary liaison between clients and RoomRaccoon.
  • Craft innovative sales tactics, communicate effectively with current and prospective customers, and lead a small team reporting to you.
  • Perform demos tailored to hotelier needs, following up on inbound leads within agreed response times, and managing your lead pipeline.
  • Reach out to hoteliers on an outbound basis using our sales engineering toolkit.
  • Participate in daily huddles with the international sales team via video call, led by the Sales Director.
  • Review your deal pipeline and follow up on relevant opportunities; call inbound leads and schedule demos.
  • Deliver demos to hoteliers highlighting RoomRaccoon’s value; identify the best-added value for their business.
  • Identify and contact potential hotels that are a good fit and introduce them to our product.
  • Handover closed deals to the Implementations Team for onboarding; work to demonstrate how RoomRaccoon can improve hotel performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Language requirement: English, Dutch and French
  • Experience: 5+ years in a sales role
  • Hospitality and/or SaaS background is a plus
