About the company

Our client is an international coaching organisation which empowers corporate leaders, teams and organisations to optimise their energy, mindset and performance through science-based coaching and experiential learning. Drawing on the practices and learnings from the world of top-level sport as the perfect laboratory for human performance, their programmes empower hundreds of individuals, teams and organisations to take control of their performance as well as their mental and physical wellness.

About the role

They are now looking for a highly organised, energetic, tech-savvy and commercially astute Account Executive to join their entrepreneurial team in Cape Town, and play a key role in supporting their growth and client partnerships in South Africa. Working closely with the Sales Director and coaching team, you will develop new business, manage existing client relationships and coordinate the delivery of coaching programmes.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective organisations.
  • Support the full commercial process from prospecting, through proposal development, negotiation and follow-up.
  • Prepare client presentations, proposals and contracts.
  • Update and manage the CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Assist with event coordination, marketing initiatives and client communication.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree Business, Marketing, Communication, Psychology or related field.
  • 2-4 years experience in B2B sales, account management or business development, ideally within training, consulting, HR or professional services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, organised, able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Passion for human performance, leadership, and learning and development.
