A leading HR solutions provider in Pretoria is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business sales. This role involves collaborating with sales leaders, managing complex sales cycles, and utilizing a structured sales process. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of sales experience in IT solutions and must possess fluent English skills. The Role : New business sales to clients who have + employees in South Africa (can have even higher numbers of employees globally). Selling across ADP South Africa's Payroll and HR solutions - full sales and delivery support in place for both local and global deals. The types of deals that you get to work on will vary; it could be a local deal taking 3-6 month with 3 / 4 stakeholders at $50 - $80, USD in year 1 revenue, or significantly more for a larger global deal.
Recent examples include everything from all-inclusive cruises, to local sports events and luxury 5 star resort vacations.
Excellent sales support and enablement teams to help you get there. We offer Sales Development Representatives and Marketing support to help generate leads.
Then there's a full pre‑sales team who are there to support you with everything from client assessments, recommendation documentation and software demonstrations.
