  • Platform savvy: In‑platform experience with GA, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and dashboards is second nature.
  • Financial command: Comfortable owning budgets, forecasts, and client‑level profitability.
  • Strategic chops: Proven success driving performance in highly regulated industries.
  • Natural team leader: Comfortable leading a team with depth, heart and passion.
  • Presentation‑ready: Confident communicator—written, visual, and verbal.
  • Deeply Analytical: Lives in the numbers and makes decisions that move the needle.
  • AI‑native: Applies AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Perplexity to work smarter and faster.
