You also monitor global learning trends and translate them into relevant strategies and execution aligned with evolving customer and partner needs.
A key part of the role is driving content development and thought leadership. You will coordinate the creation of educational content across multiple formats, including learning tracks, technical “how-to” clips, webinars featuring Axis experts, infographics, blogs, quizzes, and learner guides. This includes building clear learner journeys, promoting certification pathways, encouraging learner testimonials, and developing automated email journeys to guide course selection and promote new educational resources.
You will work cross-functionally with Global HQ, Head Regional Academy teams, and EMEA stakeholders to ensure alignment on messaging, branding, priorities, and execution. Acting as the voice of EMEA, you will drive regional priorities globally, represent EMEA in Academy councils, and help shape system, IT, and tool development together with Training, Sales, and Marketing teams.
You will define and track KPIs, use dashboards and analytics to measure engagement and learning performance, and provide insights to continuously improve participation and outcomes. In addition, you will lead, inspire, and support regional Academy experts, helping them adopt new ways of working, grow Academy adoption, and drive alignment across EMEA by harmonizing priorities and fostering a unified focus.
You are passionate about education and learning, and thrive at the intersection of strategy, content, communication, and change management.
