Experienced Math & Science Tutors Wanted – Join Elite Tutors Cape Town

Elite Tutors Cape Town, a leader in personalized tutoring, is seeking passionate Math and / or Science Tutors with at least 5 years of teaching or tutoring experience to join our team.

About the Role

Part‑time, hybrid role based in Cape Town's Southern Suburbs or City Bowl, with work‑from‑home flexibility for online sessions. You'll empower students through one‑on‑one, group, and workshop sessions in Maths, Sciences, Accounting, and NBT prep, delivering both online and in‑person lessons at students' residences to foster clarity, confidence, and academic success.

Responsibilities

• Create tailored lesson plans for online and in‑person delivery
• Provide engaging one‑on‑one and group instruction, including in‑person lessons at students' residences
• Contribute to curriculum development
• Track student progress and offer constructive feedback
• Build confidence in students of diverse abilities

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of tutoring or teaching experience in Mathematics and / or Science
• Expertise in lesson planning and curriculum development
• Excellent communication skills and patience
• Ability to deliver both online lessons and in‑person lessons at students' residences
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or related field
• Must be based in Cape Town's Southern Suburbs or City Bowl
