Absence Admin Support

Newcastle - The role will involve travel when required depending on business needs.

Salary: 37379 per annum

Reports to: Operations Manager

This role is all about organisation, accuracy and communication. From scheduling meetings and taking notes to keeping absence records up to date and analysing trends you will be the go-to person for making sure absence processes run smoothly.

What you will be doing
  • Supporting managers with all aspects of sickness absence including note-taking at key meetings
  • Scheduling meetings and preparing accurate paperwork in line with policy requirements
  • Analysing absence trends and providing data insights to improve wellbeing and performance
  • Assisting with the alternative duties process and keeping records updated
About you
  • Experience in HR administration or absence management support
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiar with HR systems such as SAP or Skylight
  • Able to work independently and handle sensitive data with care
