SCOPE OF THE ROLE
We’re seeking a versatile Account Manager to join a growing team specializing in healthcare marketing and patient acquisition. This hybrid role blends account management, client success, and business development — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, referral‑driven environment where relationships and results come first.
You’ll be the key bridge between healthcare clients and our internal marketing team — ensuring satisfaction, spotting growth opportunities, and supporting outbound prospecting campaigns using tools like Apollo and Cognism.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management & Client Success
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned healthcare clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, campaign execution, and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with healthcare practitioners, clinics, and partners.
- Understand each client’s growth goals and align marketing solutions to drive measurable outcomes.
- Identify upsell and retention opportunities across service offerings.
- Track client activity, feedback, and success metrics; maintain organized notes and follow‑ups.
Business Development
- Support outbound prospecting efforts using Apollo, Cognism, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Qualify and engage healthcare prospects while maintaining a referral‑first sales approach.
- Provide feedback on lead quality, messaging, and campaign performance to leadership.
Operations & Growth Support
- Help design and refine scalable processes for client success and referral management.
- Maintain organized client and prospect records — even in the absence of a formal CRM.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast account growth, renewals, and retention performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, client success, or business development.
- Background in healthcare, agency, or performance marketing is highly preferred.
- Proven relationship‑building and consultative communication skills.
- Familiarity with Apollo, Cognism, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach.
- Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to juggle client and prospecting tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working EST hours and managing clients across multiple time zones.
