A leading technology company is seeking an IT Support Engineer based in Durban. The role involves supporting, managing, and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues, while maintaining service levels and enhancing customer experience. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in IT, relevant certifications, and experience in troubleshooting across various platforms. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in Microsoft desktop operating systems and network protocols.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving network, hardware, and software issues remotely.
• Previous IT Service Desk/Helpdesk experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage all hardware, software, and networking incidents.
• Resolve logged tickets according to service level agreements.
• Travel and support regional offices including Discovery Stores.

Good understanding of Network and Storage concepts
