About the job 360 Technology Recruitment Consultant

Job Description:

As a Technology Recruiter at HuntWave, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to connect top tech talent with leading companies. Working closely with our experienced recruitment team, you will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition strategies, candidate sourcing, and client engagement within the dynamic tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with recruiters to understand client requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Utilise various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Assist in coordinating interview schedules and managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our ATS system.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of our candidate experience and employer branding efforts.
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1+ Years of hands-on recruitment experience
  • Strong sales ability with business development experience
  • Genuine interest in the technology industry and talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Ect).
  • Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Hands-on experience in technology recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Exposure to South Africa's vibrant tech ecosystem and leading tech companies.
