About the Role

You’ll manage the entire recruitment cycle, from client engagement and business development to candidate sourcing and placement. This is a true 360 role for consultants who love the thrill of closing deals and building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and interview top talent across various industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Meet and exceed monthly placement and revenue targets.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and client needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an agency environment (essential).
  • Solid track record in full-cycle recruitment and business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and passionate about connecting people with opportunities.
  • Experience recruiting in IT, Finance, Engineering, will be an advantage.
