About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Tech Recruiter to join our team. This role requires a full-cycle recruiter who is confident managing every stage of the recruitment process, from business development and client relationship management to sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.

You will play a pivotal role in driving growth by delivering high-quality talent across a variety of technology roles while building and maintaining strong client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients within the technology industry. Identify new business opportunities and actively engage in business development to grow client base. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end recruitment across permanent, contract, and interim tech roles. Source niche candidates through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, headhunting, and referrals. Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure technical and cultural fit. Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them throughout the hiring process. Negotiate job offers and close placements effectively.
  • Market & Talent Insights: Stay up to date with the latest tech market trends, emerging skills, and competitor activities. Advise clients on talent availability, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies.
  • Recruitment Operations: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients and candidates in the database. Deliver against KPIs and targets related to business development, placements, and revenue. Contribute to employer branding initiatives by representing the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking sessions.
Skills & Competencies
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or full-cycle recruiter, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to source niche and hard-to-find tech talent in competitive markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, commercially driven with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of technology roles, skills, and trends (e.g., software development, cloud, DevOps, data,).
