Responsibilities

• Managing networks, firewalls, switches, VMware, and user devices while ensuring security and uptime.
• Managing local IT infrastructure, supporting users, and working closely with our UK team.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in 2nd / 3rd line IT support.
• Experience with Windows, Azure, VMware, and Windows Server.
• Skilled in network management, VLANs, firewall administration (WatchGuard), and security management (Sophos, Rapid7, Duo).
• Familiar with ManageEngine ticket system and ITIL frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting, proactive, and good communication skills.
