Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a 2IC Retail Manager located in East Rand. The 2IC Retail Manager will assist in managing the daily operations of the store, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. The role also involves team management responsibilities, including staff training, scheduling, and performance reviews. The 2IC Retail Manager will collaborate with the management team to develop and implement store strategies, maintain inventory levels, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
