Key Responsibilities
- Sales Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals focused on acquiring new customers.
- New Business Development : Drive initiatives that increase market share by identifying and engaging potential clients.
- Sales Strategy Execution : Implement targeted strategies to position Ctrack as the preferred solution provider.
- Pipeline & Performance Management : Oversee the team's sales pipeline, ensuring a structured approach to prospecting, engagement, and deal closure.
- Solution-Based Selling : Ensure the team presents tailored solutions that address customer challenges and deliver measurable ROI.
- Negotiation & Closing : Guide and support the team in securing high-value deals with sustainable contracts.
- Market & Competitor Insights : Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to enhance sales effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Management, or a related field
- Leadership Experience : 3+ years managing a sales team with a strong track record in developing high-performing professionals.
- Sales Expertise : 5+ years in B2B solution sales , ideally in technology, SaaS, fleet management, or telematics.
- Business Development Skills : Ability to identify new opportunities and engage effectively with prospective clients.
- Industry Knowledge : Experience selling to transport, logistics, insurance, or fleet-based industries is an advantage.
- Strategic Thinking : Proven ability to develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Negotiation & Relationship Management : Strong ability to engage and close deals with key decision-makers while fostering long-term partnerships.
- CRM & Sales Tools : Proficiency in CRM platforms and data-driven sales management.
- Communication & Presentation : Excellent ability to influence and present solutions persuasively.
