Qualifications

• Completed degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Training & Development, or Skills Development.
• Office support or administrative experience (data entry, information collection, organization).
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency with strong reporting capabilities.
• MS Office proficiency and good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands‑on experience in Learning & Development projects
• Assist with reporting, analytics, and database management
• Support documentation handling and administrative tasks beyond basic filing
• Collaborate with People & Culture teams to deliver impactful initiatives
• Engage with BDO leaders and mentors to enhance professional growth
• Contribute to a young, energetic team environment and participate in real projects with measurable impact
