We are seeking highly motivated and results‑driven CCTV and Access Control candidates to join our dynamic Gauteng Sales Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our comprehensive range of CCTV and access control solutions to new and existing clients. This role requires a strong understanding of security technologies, exceptional sales acumen, and a proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Gauteng region, focusing on commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and site surveys to understand client requirements and propose tailored security solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate CCTV and Access Control products and services effectively to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships through excellent communication and regular follow‑ups.
  • Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date sales records, client information, and pipeline forecasts using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience specifically within the CCTV and Access Control industry in South Africa.
  • Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical understanding of various CCTV systems (IP, analogue, hybrid) and access control solutions (biometric, card readers, turnstiles, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to independently identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Valid South African driver's license and own reliable transport.
  • Residing in central Gauteng.
