Job summary

Schlumberger Limited in Venezuela is seeking an Equipment Operator responsible for delivering safe, efficient PSD to customers and preparing equipment for operations, while supporting field and maintenance crews.

You will participate in pre-job meetings, ensure equipment safety and readiness, operate equipment per competency, wear PPE, and maintain ongoing safety training. 2–5 years WL experience and a valid heavy vehicle license are required, with remote and rotating schedules possible.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as Equipment Operator in Wireline operations.
• Valid Heavy Vehicle Driver’s License with authorization to operate heavy-duty trucks and field equipment.
• Experience in oilfield environments and well intervention operations.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations, operational procedures, and safe driving practices.
• Ability to work in remote locations and on rotational schedules.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The Equipment Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers. The Equipment Operator identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, and assists field and maintenance crews with preparing equipment for operations.

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.

• Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Equipment Operator in Wireline (WL) operations.
