A global consumer products company in Caracas is seeking a Retail Environment Expert to develop tools for achieving sales and profitability objectives. Responsibilities include ensuring excellent implementation of retail strategies and collaborating with marketing to enhance product sales. Ideal candidates have a degree in related fields and at least 2 years of experience in sales or trade marketing. This role offers a hybrid work model.

Formación

• At least 2 years experience in Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing.
• At least 1 year minimum experience in Field Sales position.

About The Role

As Retail Environment Expert you will be responsible to develop tools that allow us to achieve the sales and profitability objectives defined for the channel. Maintain in-depth buyer knowledge of both customers and shoppers in each Retail Environment and build Business decision making based on market insights, shopper insights!

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure an excellent implementation of the 7 P’s in the Retail Environment in charge
• Ensure the purchase decision for our products by the Shopper
• Develop activities to increase the sale of our products.
• Work together with consumer marketing and customer development to define the plans, offers, incentives, and responsibilities that increase sale and rotation of our brands
• Responsible for the financial indicators of the RE in charge: Gross to Net, margin
• Generation of requisitions for the purchase of promotional material and activities

Education, Experience & Skill Requirements

Minimum degree requirement

• Professional in related careers such as Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related

Experience

• At least 2 years experience in Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing
• At least 1 year minimum experiences in Field Sales position
• Intermediate English Level
• Google Suite/Excel Proficiency

Preferable qualifications:

• Previous experience working with Nielsen & Atena
• Previous experience working with Multinational Companies - Consumer Goods
• Previous experience working with Modern Trade
