Applaudo is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex software and digital initiatives. You will lead projects from initiation through delivery, aligning multiple teams and stakeholders around clear priorities, timelines, and measurable outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years of end-to-end software or digital project management, strong cross-functional coordination, and expertise in Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methods.

Formación

• 5+ years of Software or Digital Project Management experience.
• End-to-end project delivery including mobile applications.
• Cross-functional team coordination and dependency management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects from initiation and planning through execution and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and critical paths.
• Coordinate multiple teams and workstreams, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, blockers, and issues proactively.
• Establish clear priorities, ownership, and accountability across project teams.
• Track project progress and ensure deliverables meet timelines and objectives.
• Facilitate project meetings, planning sessions, and status reviews.
