Madison Reed is seeking a Shift Lead, Licensed Cosmetologist to guide a Hair Color Bar team and ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will manage the appointment flow, lead by example, and support the Manager with store initiatives while developing your business acumen and team leadership in a full-time role.

The position requires weekend and peak-time availability. Compensation combines base hourly pay, commissions, and tips, with potential earnings reported

Formación

• Active cosmetology license in the state you are applying.
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist behind the chair within a salon environment.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in a customer facing environment.
• Effective communication, strong problem solving and people skills in a fast-paced retail or salon environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate and develop leadership to provide top tier employee and guest experience.
• Lead by example through sales and service behaviors in interactions with guests.
• Support all aspects of the business including front and back of house operations.
• Assist guests with retail orders and services on the menu.
• Provide consultations and all services offered including shampooing, styling, and chemical services.
• Coach and develop team members to enhance guest satisfaction and performance.
