You will cover business processes, compensation rules, benefits setup, and annual events like merit cycles and open enrollment.

This is a hands-on configuration role focused on owning Compensation and Benefits configuration end to end, collaborating with a global team across offices worldwide, and delivering robust

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM.
• Strong background in Workday Core HR configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Compensation and Benefits configuration.
• Proficiency with Workday Talent Management.
• Experience with Workday Report Writer.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Gather requirements from HR stakeholders and configure solutions directly in Workday.
• Build and maintain Compensation and Benefits configuration, including annual events like merit cycles and open enrollment.
• Configure Talent Management processes within Workday.
• Build custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer.
