BairesDev is seeking a Senior SOC Engineer to act as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers, combining security operations expertise with strong customer-facing skills. You will support product SME activities, troubleshoot critical issues, and drive ROI from the security platform.

You will write scripts, build integrations, train customers, and create knowledge resources to enable adoption and ongoing value realization across a converged XDR/SIEM/SOAR environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in Security Operations environments with detection, triage, incident response, automation.
• Hands-on with SIEM/SOAR/XDR platforms (Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, CrowdStrike Falcon).
• Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript for automation and integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as trusted advisor and product SME for enterprise customers using XDR/SIEM/SOAR.
• Troubleshoot critical issues, provide detection, triage, and IR guidance.
• Write scripts and build integrations to automate workflows.
• Train customers and create knowledge base materials to drive adoption.
• Help customers realize ROI and value from security investments.
