BairesDev is seeking a Python AI Engineer to build the agent and retrieval layer for an enterprise AI assistant used by thousands of employees. You will own evaluation coverage, work primarily in Python, with frontend work in Next.js as needed.

The role requires 5+ years of Python experience (8+ for lead scope), hands-on LLM production experience, LangChain or LangGraph expertise, and strong English skills. This is a 100% remote role with USD compensation.

• 5+ years of experience with Python, 8+ years for lead-level scope.
• Experience with production-grade LLM systems and ongoing evolution of those systems.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain or LangGraph and RAG over sources.

Responsabilidades

• Build agent and retrieval capabilities for a production AI assistant.
• Develop LangGraph flows and RAG pipelines over structured/unstructured data.
• Maintain evaluation coverage for AI behavior shipped.
• Extend Next.js frontend as features require it.
