BairesDev is seeking a Senior Java & Apache NiFi Engineer to design and optimize robust backend data workflows and scalable data integration pipelines across distributed systems.

You will collaborate with global teams, implement automated tests, and contribute to CI/CD and deployment automation while enjoying 100% remote work and competitive USD compensation. This role requires strong Java expertise and hands-on NiFi experience.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Java development and building data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Apache NiFi for data ingestion and integration.
• Proven expertise in implementing automated testing using JUnit or TestNG.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release automation practices.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and development of complex data ingestion and processing workflows.
• Build high-performance backend systems and application logic using robust programming standards.
• Implement comprehensive automated testing strategies to ensure the reliability and quality of data pipelines.
• Build and optimize delivery pipelines to automate deployment and integration workflows.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot integration issues, and implement optimization strategies for low-latency processing.
