What You'll Do

• Own features end to end across Angular frontend and Node.js backend.
• Build and maintain production Node.js backend services.
• Integrate with third-party systems via webhooks.
• Work with Aurora MySQL to support application data needs.
• Collaborate closely with a small, cross-functional engineering team.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Angular.
• Proven production experience with Node.js backend development, true full stack rather than frontend with light API exposure.
• Experience with Aurora MySQL.
• Background with webhook-based third-party integrations.
• Experience with AWS.
• Availability to work Pacific hours.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Experience with Claude for AI-assisted coding.
• Experience with embedded third-party UI integration.
• Background with HIPAA/PHI handling.
• Experience in patient health record or clinical workflow domains.
