BairesDev is seeking a Senior Django Full Stack Engineer for remote, global impact. You will design and deliver full-stack capabilities across backend and frontend, leveraging Claude Code and MCP tooling to accelerate AI-assisted development.

You’ll apply manufacturing workflow understanding to feature design and own end-to-end delivery in a fast-moving environment, working with the world’s Top 1% of tech talent remotely.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Hands-on experience with React.js.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Background with AWS.
• Experience with Claude Code or AI-assisted development.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Senior Django Full Stack Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll design and deliver end-to-end full-stack capabilities within an AI-augmented environment, using internal MCP servers and Claude Code tooling as part of your daily workflow. You'll bring genuine business drive to understand manufacturing workflows, autonomously pushing projects forward without needing continuous supervision or ticket-by-ticket hand-holding.
