BairesDev is hiring a Senior Django Full Stack Engineer to design and deliver end-to-end full-stack features in an AI-augmented environment. You will work with internal MCP servers and Claude Code tooling to build manufacturing-focused solutions, pushing projects forward with minimal supervision.

You should have 5+ years of software engineering, DRF, React.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, and strong English. This is a 100% remote role with competitive USD compensation and flexible hours.

Senior Django Full Stack Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll design and deliver end-to-end full-stack capabilities within an AI-augmented environment, using internal MCP servers and Claude Code tooling as part of your daily workflow. You'll bring genuine business drive to understand manufacturing workflows, autonomously pushing projects forward without needing continuous supervision or ticket-by-ticket hand-holding.
