Franki is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and scale the services powering our platform. You will work with Product, Design, and Frontend teams to deliver secure, high-performance APIs and robust backend systems.

You’ll lead architectural decisions, establish best practices, and mentor peers as we scale. The role fits a fast-moving startup culture with emphasis on reliability and impact.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience building modern, cloud-based web applications.
• Strong expertise with C#, .NET Core, and Azure.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of scalable architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Proficient in SQL and data modeling.
• Experience working in agile product teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using C#, .NET, and Azure.
• Architect and develop secure, high-performance APIs powering Franki products.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Frontend teams on technical solutions.
• Lead architectural discussions and shape long-term scalability direction.
• Conduct code reviews and establish engineering standards and processes.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability across the platform.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and implement durable fixes.
• Champion automated testing and CI/CD practices.
• Evaluate new technologies and propose improvements.
• Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative culture.
