Darwin Recruitment is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a growing engineering team supporting a high-traffic consumer web platform as it migrates to AWS. This 12-month freelance contract offers 100% remote work and the chance to shape scalable, resilient systems.

You will implement serverless patterns (Cognito, Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB), build tooling to speed code delivery—including AI-assisted workflows—and maintain the WordPress-based site at scale.

Formación

• 8+ years deploying and supporting high-traffic web applications and services.
• 5+ years working in an AWS serverless environment (Cognito, Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB).
• Strong TypeScript skills and hands-on AWS CDK experience.

Responsabilidades

• Migrate and harden infrastructure to AWS for a high-traffic consumer web platform.
• Build internal tooling to accelerate code delivery, including AI-assisted workflows.
• Support a WordPress-based site at scale and ensure SDLC best practices.
