NTU International A/S seeks a Senior Non-Key Expert – Aviation Specialist to support technical, policy, institutional and investment assignments in the aviation sector. The start date is January 2027 with a 48-month implementation period; experts may be mobilised worldwide, with focus on Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, and Asia and the Pacific.

• Master’s degree in aeronautical/airport/civil engineering or related.
• 15+ years in aviation sector.
• Experience with international standards and good practices.
• Experience with development aid delivery.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, prepare and implement aviation projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyses.
• Support airport master planning and air connectivity planning.
• Advise on airport systems, operations and performance.
• Promote sustainable and low-carbon aviation and energy efficiency.
• Coordinate with authorities, airports, airlines, contractors and partners.
