Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is seeking licensed CA security officers for a food distribution warehouse. You will patrol, verify credentials, monitor CCTV, and control access while enforcing site rules during a Wed–Sun 11pm–7am shift. An armed license and owning your firearm and duty gear are required.

Benefits include medical/vision/dental, 401(k), paid training, paid time off, and bi-weekly pay. Requires at least one year of security experience and a valid CA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Minimum of one year of security experience.
• Valid California driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest/visitor access and eject trespassers when needed.
• Verify credentials of individuals and vehicles entering/exiting.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
• Patrol interior and exterior perimeters to identify risks.
• Enforce all site rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespasser or violators from premises when deemed necessary
• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
• Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks
• Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed
• Other duties to be determined by operations

Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Valid CA Driver’s License
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Minimum of one year of security experience
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
• This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time
