Job summary

Community Sports Partners is hiring a Coordinator to build and run leagues and programs across Latin America and the Caribbean on a remote basis. You will own the process from initial planning through sales, launch, execution, customer experience and growth.

This is a high-responsibility role with ambitious targets. You will manage budgets, staffing, partnerships, and program delivery while maintaining strong player communications and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments or program operations.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Strong organization and numerical skills.
• Ability to coordinate people remotely.
• Based in Latin America or the Caribbean.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, launch timelines, coordinate venues and staffing.
• Sales: convert enquiries into registrations and fill spaces.
• Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches and equipment; ensure readiness.
• Build partnerships and campaigns to grow programs.
• Own player communications and resolve complaints.
• Track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy and retention; report progress.
