A leading talent connection firm in Caracas is seeking a bilingual Recruitment Specialist to support Talent Acquisition efforts. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing recruitment processes. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with ATS systems. Formación

  • At least 3 years of Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience, preferably remote.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a bilingual Recruitment Specialist to join our client's team and support all Talent Acquisition efforts for their business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and contacting potential applicants who fit the search criteria.
  • Read and reply to LinkedIn messages in a timely manner.
  • Publishing job posts on various recruitment platforms.
  • Screening incoming applicants and moving them through the pipeline.
  • Conducting interviews, taking and organizing interview notes.
  • Keeping ATS and department admin folders up to date.
  • Complete and submit reports and metrics.
  • Other administrative activities related to the role.
  • Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
  • At least 3 years of Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience, preferably remote.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

  • Hourly rate starting at USD 1288$/month (final rate will be experience-based).
