THE/STUDIO is seeking a Head of Operations in a fully remote, global role. You will oversee Manufacturing, Global Factory Network, Customer Service, and Customer Success, shaping the forward path of product creation at the intersection of bits and atoms.

You are a systems thinker with 6+ years in operations leadership within high-growth startups or tech-enabled supply chains, and you will drive speed, quality, and customer-centric outcomes across distributed teams.

Formación

• Operates at intersection of physical operations and technology/SaaS.
• Able to extract insights from data to drive organizational change.
• Fluent with KPI definition and performance tracking.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-growth contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Revolutionize the Supply Chain by building a factory network and manufacturing process.
• Be the cross-functional engine enabling Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
• Leverage AI, automation, and data analytics to drive efficiencies and KPI tracking.
• Architect the customer journey from first quote to final delivery with user focus.
• Lead and scale distributed global teams across manufacturing, customer service, and success.
