Huzzle is seeking a Remote Content Marketer to own organic growth for established creators, educators, and industry experts. You will develop and execute content strategies that grow audiences, increase engagement, generate qualified leads, and drive sales.

You’ll transform expert knowledge into compelling content across social platforms—from researching trends to scripting videos, creating visuals, building lead magnets, and analyzing performance.

Formación

• Proven experience growing organic social channels or personal brands.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Excellent content strategy and copywriting skills.
• Experience scripting and storyboarding short- and long-form video content.
• Proficient with Canva or similar design tools.
• Understanding of email marketing, lead generation, and marketing funnels.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute organic content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, focused on audience growth, engagement, leads, and sales
• Research trends, high-performing creators, formats, hooks, and content angles to maintain a strong pipeline of ideas
• Turn expert knowledge and frameworks into compelling content that builds authority, nurtures audiences, and drives conversions
• Script and storyboard short-form and long-form video content, including strong hooks and calls to action
• Write engaging social posts, captions, newsletters, email sequences, and long-form content
• Create carousels, graphics, thumbnails, and other visual assets using Canva or similar tools
• Build lead magnets, email campaigns, and ManyChat automations to convert audiences into subscribers and qualified leads
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, copywriting, scripting, and design while maintaining brand voice
• Track content performance, audience growth, engagement, leads, and sales, using insights to continuously improve results

This is more than a social media posting role. You'll develop and execute organic content strategies that grow audiences, increase engagement, generate qualified leads, and drive sales.

You’ll transform expert knowledge and niche ideas into compelling content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email—from researching trends and developing hooks to scripting videos, creating visual content, building lead magnets, and analyzing performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience growing organic social channels or personal brands, ideally for creators, educators, coaches, or experts
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube; TikTok and Substack experience is a plus
• Excellent content strategy and copywriting skills, including hooks, storytelling, and direct-response content
• Experience scripting and storyboarding short- and long-form video content
• Confident using Canva or similar design tools to create social graphics, carousels, and thumbnails
• Understanding of email marketing, lead generation, and marketing funnels
• Comfortable using ManyChat, AI tools, and other content/marketing platforms, or able to learn quickly
• Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to evaluate performance and improve content based on results
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Proactive, creative, and able to own organic content end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
