Outlier is seeking a QA Coder to join our AI tooling platform. Review AI-generated code, flag issues, and contribute to improving model quality with structured guidelines. You will also rate model responses and help design prompts that test coding abilities.

Ideal candidates have a CS degree, production code experience, and strong written/spoken English. This is a freelance 1099 contract with flexible, remote work across eligible regions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or higher.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve output quality.
• Write clear computer science prompts to challenge AI models.
