Outlier is building a structured remote program for top LatAm software engineers to train AI models in code generation, debugging, and evaluation. You will review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft CS prompts from a production-like environment.

Ideal candidates hold a CS degree, have software engineering experience with live codebases, and communicate fluently in English. This is a freelance, 1099 contract across Latin America, with earnings up to USD 34 per hour.

Formación

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to production codebases.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar and style.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues per guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy and instruction following.
• Write clear computer science prompts to challenge AI models.
