Alstom is seeking an Installation Team Leader to oversee field installation activities, ensure compliance with design and safety standards, and manage a crew on railway projects. The role requires hands-on technical expertise and strong leadership to drive on-site performance.

Responsibilities include coordinating resources, training staff, producing progress reports, and ensuring quality control across installation tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum high school degree, technical level in electronics, electric or electromechanics, or 3–5 years in similar roles.
• Desirable: Construction Industry experience, Communication Industry experience, Fiber Optic Field experience, Technical High-School Diploma.

Responsabilidades

• Execute installation activities per design documents and supervisor directions.
• Comply with EHS procedures and use PPE, report any deviations or risks.
• Ensure tools are calibrated, drawings understood, materials available, and work performed safely and accurately.
• Lead and train team, review documents, verify tools, and prepare daily/hand-over reports.
• Provide reports to Installation Supervisor/PrIM and supervise fiber optic installations when required.
